Sunrise Marine Center/River Country 96.7 Jason Aldean Contest Rules

PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 6:00 a.m. 1/5/2012 and ends at 7:00 p.m. 1/24/2012.

PRIZES: There will be two overall winners, who will each receive a pair of tickets each to the Jason Aldean concert in Jonesboro on 2/3/2012.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open all legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age as of 1/5/12, except owners and employees of Sudbury Broadcasting Co. and its affiliates; Sunrise Motorsports properties; and any other party associated with the administration of this promotion, including participating advertisers, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. Entry forms must be filled out in their entirety. Incomplete entries will not be considered. This contest is void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to participate, but you must be present at the final drawing on 1/28/2012. A total of up to 50 qualifiers will be selected by random drawing among registrants at Sunrise Marine Center. River Country 96.7 will also qualify up to 50 registrants. You may register one time daily at Sunrise Marine Center, but you may not qualify more than one time either through Sunrise Marine Center, River Country 96.7, or any combination thereof. Only one qualifier per household is allowed.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected during a reverse drawing of all eligible qualifiers at Sunrise Marine Center, 3205 East Park Plaza, Searcy, AR 72143, on Saturday, January 28, 2012. The first person whose name is drawn in the reverse drawing will win two tickets to the concert. That person will then start the reverse drawing process by drawing the first “loser’s” name. That person will then draw the next person’s name, and the process will continue until there are two qualifiers left, with two names left in the drawing box. The next name drawn will be the runner-up, who will receive a consolation prize from Sunrise Marine Center. The final name in the box will be the final winner. All winners must agree to the use of his/her photo, voice, name or other likeness on participating business web sites, social network web sites and on River Country 96.7 radio station.

FINAL DRAWING: Every reasonable effort will be made to contact qualifiers for the final drawing. However, participants understand that failure to contact a potential qualifier for any reason in no way obligates the contest sponsors to any compensation for said potential qualifier. Finalists must be report to Sunrise Marine Center between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2012, and must present a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID to be included in the final drawing. There will be no stand-ins and no substitutions. Only the person who is the qualifier may participate. The final drawing will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning this contest depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of qualifiers who are present for the final drawing.

PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS: No prize or part thereof may be substituted for cash.

CONSENT AND RELEASE: By entering the promotion, each entrant releases and discharges the sponsors, advertisers and any other party associated with the development or administration of this promotion, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective owners, employees or representatives, from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion, including without limitation to legal claims, costs, injuries, losses, demands or actions of any kind.

DISCLAIMERS: Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, illegible or not filled out completely will not be eligible. These rules may be modified as needed by mutual consent of the sponsors and as is permitted by Arkansas law. If the concert is for any reason delayed, canceled, moved or otherwise changed from its original date, time and location, there will be no prize substitutions and the contest will be declared void.
