Rules:
1. No horse may be ridden more than two times by separate riders in one
event.
2. Entry fee is $3.00.
3. Any person living, or attending school in White County may exhibit
and compete for prize money.
4. Negative Coggins test required on all ponies and horses. (Current
within 12 months)
5. Contestants do not have to ride their own horse.
6. Queen and Princess classes: A contestant can only win the event two
times and not in consecutive years. Also, contestant that wins must
be
present at majority of fair activities.

SUNDAY  SEPTEMBER 7
1:00-5:00 P.M. ­ Adult and Youth Educational Exhibits (E.H.C., 4-H,
FFA and FCCLA booths) may be set up in
Educational
Building.
1:00-3:00 P.M. ­ Check-in Fine Arts ­ Adult and Student Fine Arts may
also be checked in on Sept. 9 from 8:00 A.M. ­
2:00 P.M.
1:00-3:00 P.M. ­ Exhibitor numbers available in Educational Building.

MONDAY  SEPTEMBER 8
7:30-12:00 Noon ­ Exhibitor numbers available in Educational Building
8:00-12:00 Noon ­ Adult and Youth Educational Exhibits (EH, 4-H, FFA, and
FCCLA booths) may be set up in Educational Building.
12:00 Noon ­ Merchants; Exhibits in place.Educational Building closed.
12:00 Noon ­ Ponies in Place
2:30 P.M. ­ Reception for Fair Queen Contestants ­ Carmichael Center.
4:00 P.M. ­ Two-Mile Long Street Parade ­ Downtown Searcy. Parade
floats to compete in three categories as follows: 1. Service
Organizations: 2. Educational Organizations: 3. Commercial
Floats. Awards to "Best Team: and ³Wagon Hitch² in parade.
Plaques awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each
category. Plaques may be picked up at fair office.
5:00 P.M. ­ Judging Ponies ­ Halter & Performance Classes ­ Rodeo Arena.
6:00 P.M. ­ Dairy & Meat Goats to be registered with superintendent, in
place.
6-7 P.M. ­ 4-H Pullet Auction ­ (22 Weeks Old) Pullets judged at 6 P.M.;
sold at 7 P.M.
7:30 P.M. ­ Farm Family of the Year Award ­ Entertainment Center
